This transfer consulting offer is aimed at the mentoring and support when changing working tasks and conditions to a virtual environment in a company or institution.

For staff members this means to work at a costumer´s site or in a distributed team in one of the subsidiaries of the company. People are connected with their leader and colleagues via intranet and social media tools. Home office is widely accepted and used in case of personal requirements (e.g. attending to family members).
